LVMD partners represent the best of the best in Southern Nevada medicine. They are leading the charge to improve access and the quality of healthcare in our valley by working more synergistically and embracing state-of-the art techniques, practices and programs.

LVMD PARTNERS

The LVMD is comprised of seven institutions of higher learning, four hospitals, two imaging centers and one medical center dedicated to the treatment and research of neurodegenerative diseases. Among these are the new UNLV School of Medicine, major hospitals including University Medical Center (UMC) and Valley Hospital Medical Center, and Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.

Since opening our doors in 2009, Cleveland Clinic has treated patients for a variety of degenerative brain disorders, completed more than 40 clinical trials to advance new drug therapies, published more than 200 articles in peer-reviewed journals, and provided free educational and supportive services to families throughout the Las Vegas valley who are affected by brain disorders.
